Helpful staff made my stay pleasant.

I booked a room with a good bed, central heating, television and a work desk. The venue's position was central.

Standard queen room with the bathroom, good beds plus refrigerator was ready when we checked-in. The staff was helpful and affable all the time. The location was great and stunning - short way from everywhere we wanted to go.

I spent a night here and really enjoyed the cozy atmosphere, especially the hot coffee and tasty breakfast. The little sitting area by the garden was perfect for unwinding, and I took a nice stroll in nature too. The only thing to note is that some leftover food was still outside a couple of rooms in the afternoon, but overall, it didn't affect my stay 😊

The location is excellent for accessing downtown attractions.

The heating unit broke twice , leaving us in the cold for hours.

The room was impeccably clean and just what I needed for a relaxing getaway! The garden area was a lovely surprise, perfect for a peaceful morning coffee. They were cute and helped me when I had questions!

during my stay, I loved that I could easily stroll to nearby dining options like Burger King just a few steps away and enjoy moments in the beautiful park areas that were close by for some nature time, making my weekend getaway feel both fun and relaxing.

The staff was nice and pleasant throughout our stay. The check-in process was smooth. I appreciated the cleanliness of the room, feel cute. The location was great with nearby options for dining and shopping.

The room was surprisingly spacious, with new flooring and clean bedsheets. Plus, I appreciated that the A/C worked perfectly .

It wasn't exactly a bargain, but I guess it was acceptable for what you get.

I adored the cozy atmosphere of the hotel. the beautiful decorations and welcoming common areas made me feel right at home. the easy accessibility for us seniors was a big plus, with everything conveniently located on one level and close to parking. It truly felt like a peaceful retreat perfect for relaxation.

The only thing I'd wish for to enhance our stay would be more assistance from the young ones working there.
